   Hqo is a complete real estate experience software for tenant and employees. I contributed as Full stack developer inside the Resource booking team. I was responsible for all the applications and services around the booking system. - Led a dedicated team of 4 colleagues to successfully architect and develop the kiosk mode feature in record time (1 month), to allow the sale team to win a major deal and secure future deals. - Planned and led project to enhance resource booking performance on Frontend and Backend, resulting in a 5x reduction in load time and response time. Drastically improved user experience, crucial for customer retention. - Successfully led the implementation of the spot booking feature, meeting tight 1 month deadline, directly contributing to a significant boost in new contract acquisitions.

   Personal project, part of Antler entrepreneurship program. Alistigo is a universal list system that can be installed on any website / app. More info on https://www.alistigo.com Alistigo is not my full time job anymore but is still running as a personal project: it helps me explore new techs, try new approaches. Fell free to checkout the open-source libraries: https://github.com/alistigo/libraries/ - Architected and built a full SaaS service including the brand website, widget, API, Shopify application and open-source libraries. - Acquired extensive experience in product management, development, and architecture.

   The feedback Saas service for websites and apps. I worked in one of the product teams, in the core team and was very involved in the QA team. I worked as Senior Frontend developer inside the "Ask" team and was responsible for all the applications and services collecting feedback (like the widget). - Led, developed and maintained all the frontend internal libraries, including a complete component library, improving team efficiency, consistency and reducing development time. - Established a modular Frontend architecture, reducing team dependencies and enabling a simplified deployment of new features. This resulted in increased team productivity and faster time-to-market for products: from a week to multiple daily releases. - Resolved numerous challenges related to workflows, maintenance, and migration of the existing stack, resulting in a 75% decrease in legacy system maintenance time.

6. Senior Software Development Engineer @ TheFork, a TripAdvisor company

   Apr 2016 – Jun 2018

   Online booking system for restaurants. I worked in the team responsible of the "community" domain (for example the rating of restaurants). - Led the smooth hot migration from a monolith architecture to some dedicated micro-services, achieving zero downtime and boosting system performance and reliability. - Optimized complex restaurant rating calculator, reducing processing time by 96%, and enabling more accurate and user-centric ratings. Resulting in improved user satisfaction. - Revamped auto-moderation infrastructure, leading to a huge increase in accuracy and reducing manual moderation efforts by 90%. - Led the implementation of strong testing standards at every level, resulting in a significant decrease in post-release issues and improved team confidence.

7. Back End Developer @ TheFork, a TripAdvisor company

   Dec 2014 – Apr 2016

   I worked in the "B2B" team, the domain of the service dedicated for restaurant owners and employees. Started a project to do a hot migration from PHP/Symfony to React/Node/Graphql microservices, for the restaurant's back office. In order to reduce the dependencies between teams and domains, increase consistency (same app for mobile/web) and enable usage of the latest technologies.

   A service to help reducing the food waste of local shops. Directed the development of a MVP mobile app, leading to the startup's recognition in multiple competitions and selection in an incubator, elevating the company's profile and market positioning.

9. Lead Software Engineer @ senscritique

   Jul 2011 – May 2014

   French first cultural social network - Resolved a lot of scalability and performance issues, on the website with a highly growing number of visitors. Leading to a significant decrease in system downtime and improved overall community experience. - Architected and developed an automatic system to integrate the music domain, leading to an 8 million cultural work addition and a remarkable increase in visitor engagement. - Be one of the first to perform a successful integration of the new Facebook open-graph system, leading to a surge in site visibility and enhanced brand awareness.

10. CEO - CTO and co-founder @ Kiiwy

    Jan 2009 – Mar 2011

    Web agency, specialized in RIA and Flash applications References: Edencast, Flexsoft, Anuman, Skyrock, ... I was the co-founder and CEO/CTO of the company. - Conception and development of a challenging project: "Justalove" a speed-dating online video web-app. (inspired by chatroulette). Successfully delivered the application to the client with a small team and a short delay. - Managed the development of 4 e-learning projects, with higher quality standards and a faster delivery time. Enhanced company's competitive edge and client trust.

    Skema was a startup, building a online video platform for edition and publication. Improved the user interface of the online video form editor tool (SKOnline), resulting in a better user engagement and a more intuitive editing experience.

    Software editor and publisher : games, e-learning application (CDROM). Developed and launched their first backoffice web tool that enabled the company managing the database of their main e-learning software "Code de la route" (e-learning app for getting your driver licence).
