Hqo is a complete real estate experience software for tenant and employees. I contributed as Full stack developer inside the Resource booking team. I was responsible for all the applications and services around the booking system. - Led a dedicated team of 4 colleagues to successfully architect and develop the kiosk mode feature in record time (1 month), to allow the sale team to win a major deal and secure future deals. - Planned and led project to enhance resource booking performance on Frontend and Backend, resulting in a 5x reduction in load time and response time. Drastically improved user experience, crucial for customer retention. - Successfully led the implementation of the spot booking feature, meeting tight 1 month deadline, directly contributing to a significant boost in new contract acquisitions.

I worked as Senior Frontend developer inside the "Ask" team and was responsible for all the applications and services collecting feedback (like the widget). - Led, developed and maintained all the frontend internal libraries, including a complete component library, improving team efficiency, consistency and reducing development time. - Established a modular Frontend architecture, reducing team dependencies and enabling a simplified deployment of new features. This resulted in increased team productivity and faster time-to-market for products: from a week to multiple daily releases. - Resolved numerous challenges related to workflows, maintenance, and migration of the existing stack, resulting in a 75% decrease in legacy system maintenance time.

I worked in the team responsible of the "community" domain (for example the rating of restaurants). - Led the smooth hot migration from a monolith architecture to some dedicated micro-services, achieving zero downtime and boosting system performance and reliability. - Optimized complex restaurant rating calculator, reducing processing time by 96%, and enabling more accurate and user-centric ratings. Resulting in improved user satisfaction. - Revamped auto-moderation infrastructure, leading to a huge increase in accuracy and reducing manual moderation efforts by 90%. - Led the implementation of strong testing standards at every level, resulting in a significant decrease in post-release issues and improved team confidence.
